Your assigned vendor parking location

Things you should know
Things to remember:
-
Attendance Is Required - Every participating vendor must attend one of the scheduled in-person training sessions.Your event-day credential and detailed vendor instructions will be distributed during the training. Please make arrangements for someone from your organization who will be involved in event-day operations to attend.
-
Follow the Instructions on Your Credential - Your credential will identify your Credential color, Assigned access point, Line-up time, Load-in time, Vendor zone, Parking location, Please use only the entrance and route listed on your credential. Arriving at the wrong checkpoint may delay your access to the festival footprint.
-
Arrive on Time, but Not Too Early - The line-up time printed on your credential is the time you should arrive at the festival location. The load-in time is when your assigned group will begin moving into the unloading area. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your scheduled line-up time. Arriving too early may place your vehicle with the group ahead of you and disrupt the coordinated load-in process. For the best experience, arrive between the line-up and load-in times printed on your credential.
-
Be Prepared for a Quick Unload - Please pack and organize your materials so they can be removed from your vehicle within approximately 10 minutes. Volunteers will be available to help transfer your items from your vehicle to a designated staging area near your vendor zone. Items will not be unloaded directly at your assigned tent. After your materials have been staged, you will need to move your vehicle to its assigned parking location before returning to the festival footprint to complete your setup.
-
Place your credentials in your window - Please take place your access point credentials out of your packet and put it on your dashboard before you head to the festival on 9/12. You will need to show your credentials to be granted access to the load-in zone. If your credentials are in your window, we can just wave you in and keep traffic flowing.
-
Food and Supply Replenishments - Food vendors requiring additional products or supplies during the festival must follow the designated replenishment process. Replenishment vehicles must have the appropriate credential and follow the assigned entry, parking, and check-in procedures. Complete instructions will be reviewed during vendor training.
Before Event Day on 9/11:
Please review your credential and vendor materials carefully and confirm:
-
Your assigned access point
-
Your line-up and load-in times
-
Your credential color
-
Your vendor zone and placement
-
Your unloading area
-
Your parking location
-
Your load-out instructions
Keep your credential and vendor instructions readily available throughout event day.
