Vendor Meeting Signup Page

Fresh Fest Cleveland (bwo Environmental Health Watch) has contracted Hit Your Mark Productions as the event logistics team to execute the 2026 Fresh Fest Cleveland Festival. Every vendor is required to attend (1) of 4 vendor meetings in order to gain their event day credentials.  You will not be let through the road closures without these credentials, so attendance is mandatory. Virtual meeting attendees will be able to pick up credentials from the Environmental Health Watch between September 1st & September 8th.

During these meetings you will learn more about the vendor load-in process, including the specific street you’re to load-in on and the time you need to arrive to load-in. Within the next week, please be on the lookout for an email from us to sign up for one of the above outlined vendor meetings with Hit Your Mark Productions. Again, attendance is mandatory.

Things you should know

The stage has moved this year from it's traditional location on E.82nd street.  The new stage placement has changed the festival footprint's entry point, exit point, and created a new pedestrian walk path.

Things to know for this year:

  1. Arrive on time - The new footprint is requiring vendors in some zones to complete loading in before we can have vendors from another zone access the same roads.  Your on-time arrival will ensure we can stay on schedule with the load-in plan.

  2. No through access on roads – To minimize frustration, it’s important that you access the festival footprint at your specific entry point outlined in your specific packet.  The new layout does not allow cars to pass completely through E.81st or E.83rd.  Due to road closures, arriving at the wrong entry point this year will negatively impact the vendor arrival experience.

  3. Place your credentials in your window – Please take place your access point credentials out of your packet and put it on your dashboard before you head to the festival on 9/13.  You will need to show your credentials to be granted access to the load-in zone.  If your credentials are in your window, we can just wave you in and keep traffic flowing.

  4. Review your packet on 9/12 – Please review your vendor packet on 9/12 to ensure you are accessing your loading zone from the correct street.

  5. Breakdown any cardboard – In support of creating a greener festival this year, Rust Belt Riders will execute the sorting of event waste and food scraps.  After you setup your tent, please set any items you want removed in front of your tent to allow the hospitality team to clear those items before the event starts.
