Additional Information about the Las Vegas Experience

The team of Hit Your Mark Productions® is working very closely with the MGM Group’s event teams in Las Vegas to create a memorable experience. As all aspects of the entertainment and leisure industries are working through the impacts of the global pandemic, “experiences” in Las Vegas on the strip are very fluid and ever changing.

One thing that remains fluid during the pandemic is pricing for both airfare and lodging. Airlines have presented new safety standards and record low round-trip fares for under $80 to encourage people to still travel during these unprecedented times. Hotel rates are also being lowered in favor of the leisure travelers as business and convention travel is way down due to the current climate.

The team of Hit Your Mark Productions® fully expects the rates that we were quoted (and in turn requoted to you) to drop again before we commit our travel group to any property. On February 5th, we will submit the updated list travelers, travel dates, and lodging requests to the respective vendors and requote everyone with updated rates. If rates drop further during the spring, we will reach out to our vendor partners again to seek additional savings for the group.

As Hit Your Mark Productions® is not a travel agency, we are using the power of the group’s size to obtain the best rates for the group overall. Most importantly, we are committed to transparency throughout the entire development stages of this trip experience to all travelers who travel under our umbrella. Prices that we present to you will be inclusive of all taxes and fees that we are aware of at the time of quoting, which will give the appearance that the rates we quote are higher than the initial rates quoted on a specific vendor’s site.

Going into the month of February, we will take the collected headcounts of travelers and use those numbers to target pricing for the group activities such as: the opening reception, the opening night party, group dinner, and closing night activity. Group activities will not be visible until after the airfare and lodging events close.
