His career includes event management roles at Cleveland's Playhouse Square, where he gained firsthand experience navigating the operational demands of live events within a professional performing arts environment. His background also includes leadership in event services and hospitality, along with years spent developing client relationships and executing brand-focused experiences within the beverage and hospitality industries.

 

These experiences have given Erron an understanding of the relationships between venues, production partners, service teams, and the operational elements required to execute successful events. His multidisciplinary background allows him to evaluate challenges from different perspectives and develop solutions that balance operational needs with the client's objectives.

 

Since establishing Hit Your Mark Productions in 2020, Erron has applied that experience to leading event operations for festivals, corporate conferences, and community-focused programs. The company's work includes partnerships supporting the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival, Fresh Fest Cleveland, and corporate meetings and special events across the country.
